About the author

Pavee Ramanisankar is an entrepreneur and the Founder of Soulful Center for Learning and Venture High, microschools dedicated to student-led, creation-based education. A graduate of Harvard University with a Master’s in Education, Pavee has spent two decades at the intersection of innovation and impact, founding and scaling ventures across manufacturing, FinTech, SaaS, and education.

Today, she focuses on reimagining the architecture of schooling by empowering others to build soulful, creative microschools of their own. Her writing journey began a decade ago with a children’s version of the Kanda Shasti Kavasam for her nephew’s first birthday; what started as a personal gift has evolved into a collection of songs for her daughter and the children at Soulful, simple offerings to invite wonder and presence into the lives of children.
